After training thousands of people in international education with No Fluff, I realised that some people can have all the training, and all the best intentions, but don't have time (or will, sometimes) to put in hours of work cold calling through lists of potential partners.

One client wailed 'Can't you do it for me?', and I realised that extra help was needed.

As I am passionate about helping our industry thrive, I need to deliver the action - not just the 'how to'.

Some of our clients are small schools with 2-3 people in sales and marketing and stretched for time. Others are chains of schools that want their BDMs focusing on the 'hotter' leads that are coming in, and often have their teams on the road, with no capacity for hours of prospecting calls.

And so, Extra Sales Power was born.
