Who the fluff?

So who is Nicola? Pleased to meet you! I am sure you want to know if it's worth giving some of your valuable time over to me, so you want a bit of reassurance. Fair enough!

I am a Director of StudyTravel Ltd., heading up the sales teams there (just passed my 25th anniversary!), and also a part-time Sales Leader of various companies that want my level of expertise, but at a part-time, affordable cost. I do this through No Fluff, my own company, and we also offer bespoke sales training, sales department audits and sales leader coaching and support. So, I'm good at getting you to those sales, tweaking as we go and even enjoying it on the way!

I am also in 'the trenches' and sell, too, I don't ask anyone to do anything I don't do myself. I combine the skills I used at the start of my career together with the growth, savvy and experience I've gained along the way to benefit you.

I believe in ethical selling, and am a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management, a member of the CPD Certification Service (some of courses give CPD credits) and have been judge, winner and finalist of various awards.

On a personal note, I am an Essex girl, but don't hold that against me or judge! I now live in Whitstable, Kent but my clients are worldwide. I have two teens (send sympathy!), a cockerpoo that loves a walk on the beach and a very old house that seems to always need work but gives me daily joy.
