Yes.. but it will affect the appointments made if many are out of date. However, we will call through and mark those that need ‘cleaning’ so you can update your CRM. We do have a ‘list cleaning’ service available too, subject to capacity, and at extra cost.
Who does the actual calling?
This depends which countries you would like called. We have a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) in various countries and with different language skills.
They are, however, vetted and trained fully by Nicola Lutz and are uniquely recruited from within the international education sector, and with sales experience.
How can they represent my school if they haven’t been onboarded?
Their aim is to gain that first, important, meeting with one of your team who ARE fully knowledgeable about your programs. We go over the ‘script’, the main points about your offer and the rest is up to you in that initial meeting that we put in your diary.
What happens after the appointments?
That is up to you and your team. However, each new school we onboard includes a one hour, tailored session on following up - your own, bespoke, follow up map for you and your team to follow to ensure the hard work isn’t wasted.
Subsequent projects do not include this follow up mapping so further work is cheaper!
What do your SDRs actually say in the call?
We decide this together, using proven ‘cold’ calling scripts we already have in place but tailored to your own school.
What is the expected return on our investment?
As a rough guide, 3 hours of calls is around 100 dials. Depending on how up to date your list is (or not!) this usually results in an average of 10 meetings booked. As each meeting is worth multiple student bookings, year on year.. The return is impressive.
How do we give you the lists? Can you use my CRM?
We will walk you through this, but on excel/CSV file. These are easily extracted from a CRM and then easily imported back again, updated.
Where are the appointments made?
You give us a link to your appointment making software, whether this is in calendly, acuity scheduling etc. Ideally a specialist software (they are very cheap) where we can hook it up to your CRM or calendar easily so appointments aren’t missed. We will advise on this.
