She has the credentials, as well as 27 years in our sector, she is also a member of the CPD (Continuing Professional Development) body, which means she gives actionable learning outcomes to all her training; and she is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals, which means she's been accredited as someone that knows their stuff, in short!
She speaks at industry conferences such as Ialc, MEI, Neas, Caps-i, Aegis, EnglishUK, Feltom, Aseproce workshops.
She is a very proud director of StudyTravel which is the best source of study abroad news, views, statistics and events.
And she is owner of No Fluff, which will be 5 years old this year, specialising in sales training and coaching for
language centres, secondary schools, colleges, agencies and service providers within the international education sector. No matter the time zone.
On a personal level:
She is also know as being direct and honest but with kindness and growth in mind.
She smiles a lot.
She is not a 'man in a suit'.
She has studied abroad herself, as have her children (walking the talk!).
She lives by the sea in the UK.
And loves a cup of coffee after walking her dog, Bilbo on the beach.
