What's the verdict?Ā
Here is what they're saying about Nicola and Spend Less, Sell More..

Lisa James
"Sales is everyone's business and everyone can learn something from this book, not least how to manage your clients professionally from the initial contact to a deeper working partnership.Ā For those new to sales it is a brilliant starting point and for those who are long in the tooth and think they know it all already, it is a fantastic reminder that, actually, there is always more we can do better!Ā I wish I had had this book to hand when I started out, I will certainly be gifting it to all those in my team involved in sales!"

āSales is sometimes seen as somehow incompatible with education. As if we can just keep the moral high ground and in some way our classrooms will fill themselves.
This book shows that you can build it, but they wonāt come.Ā Not unless you employ the systematic, logical and wholly ethical practices outlined in these pages.
I recommend it for everyone, but especially for SMEās who ādonāt get roundā to sales.Ā Buy this book, and you will.ā

āNicola has succeeded with this book in erecting a mirror in which any individual immersed in the field of sales will contemplate themselves, deconstructing the "salesperson," their fears, uncertainties, and traumas that reside in the deepest corners of our being, subjecting them to analysis, and providing tools to skillfully address the vulnerable aspects of our sales strategy and approach. This book becomes essential reading for those venturing into the world of sales, as well as for those wishing to review and refine their skills, aspiring to attain mastery in the "art of persistence." Bravo, Nicola, you have created a masterpiece.ā

Sarah Yandell
"Nicola was presenting at an event I went to recently at the Essex Business School. It was an excellent presentation about sales, something many business owners find a challenge, but she obviously loves it and showed us some great techiniques to get over that "icky" feeling! What resonated most was the importance of the follow up. Not everyone is ready to buy straight away so you need to keep reminding them that you are there and provide lots of value."

James Birrell
"Nicola's natural ability to build rapport, putting her trainees and those she's mentoring instantly at ease is fantastic. She is able to establish strong and meaningful connections, creating an environment that fast-tracks the learning and development of others. Nicola is a true professional, achieving excellent results whilst ensuring those she is working with have a little fun along the way. An L+D sales and marketing guru and all-round superstar.Ā "

Nicole Bubalo
"Nicola was incredible in identifying our weaknesses and helping us to create a sales pipeline which allowed us to follow up with our potential students using an efficient system while still paying attention to each student's individual needs.
I'd recommend her sales consultancy service to anyone in our field."
Who The Fluff?
Ā
Hello, I'm Nicola Lutz and I'm a sales trainer, mentor and coach, predominantly in theĀ education sector.
I help schools, educators, agents and service providers gain more clientsĀ in an authentic, customer-led way with integrity.
I have the credentials to back it up - I have 28 year's experience in study abroad of selling, sales management, sales directorship and training and coaching.
I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals, which is the highest level they accredit. They also keep me up to date with my own learning of new skills, technology and methods across many sectors.
My company is called No Fluff for a reason - I'm not a stuffed suit, I do not give you half the questions and no answers, I want you to walk away from anything I offer with solid ways you can increase your sales, as well as motivation and inspiration.
On a personal note, I live on the Kent coast in a beautiful but money pit of anĀ old house and, once I've fed my coffee addiction, I love nothing more than a beach walk with Bilbo, my cockerpoo.
