I’ll be your host for No Fluff Fest, and one of the speakers.
This will be the fourth  No Fluff Fest, and it exists for a very simple reason.
Too many brilliant schools, language providers and agents are still losing enrolments not because of a lack of demand, but because of unclear processes, hesitant conversations, poor follow-up and a general discomfort with anything labelled “sales”.
I’ve spent over three decades inside this sector. Not looking in from the outside. I work with teams every day on their 'sales' - pipelines, funnels, enquiries, closes! I am known as the Selling Education expert and as such, I am 100% in touch with what YOUR event should give you. I aim to deliver and I'm chuffed to say our last two events SOLD OUT so we're doing it right!
No Fluff Fest was created without love and huge care.

Why me? Why No Fluff Fest?
I run No Fluff, a consultancy focused entirely on helping schools and education agents increase student enrolments, more efficiently, and without compromising care or integrity.
I’m a founding fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals, an award-winning mentor, and the author of the Amazon bestselling book Spend Less, Sell More. I’m also a Director at StudyTravel, and host of the Selling Education podcast.
Most importantly, I work in this space every day.
I see what’s changing.
I see where teams are stuck.
And I see what genuinely moves the needle.
I am not a marketing person that thinks sales is the same thing. I am a professional, trained, recognised and practising sales in education echoey single day.
No Fluff Fest brings together the best of that experience.
I curate the speakers personally. Some from inside the sector, some from outside it, all chosen because they understand behaviour, decision-making, communication and conversion. Add to that experienced marketers, BDMs and admissions professionals, all in one room, and you get something very different from a standard conference.
