Who the fluff?
Nice to meet you! I'm Nicola Lutz. I am a sales mentor and trainer and you're probably going to want to know that I'm capable of helping you. So here are some of my credentials.
- I have 26 years experience of both selling and sales leadership within small to medium sized companies on B2B and B2C
- I am NOT one of those coaches that have built one success and then hope to share it with you. I work with hundreds of companies bringing them growth. It's all about their success.
- I am a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management (which means I'm ethical, I follow a code of conduct and as a Fellow, I'm at the top of the field)
- I'm a member of the CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Certification Service, which means my materials meet criteria, basically that I give you good learning outcomes that you can apply.

So what IS the GROWTH Method?
So - what will be happening on the program then?
Our friendly, energetic, safe sessions are held LIVE on Zoom, then the recordings are placed into a learning portal, so if you miss one you can catch up. You also have access to it from that portal whenever you like, so you can catch up when it suits you, and (importantly) revisit it to refresh yourself in the future.
Add to this (and this is where you get much more value that regular group training programs), we have a drop-in implementation and accountability session every other week.
That's where you can come along and actually DO what we worked on earlier in the week. Or a previous week. Whatever you need a bit of a push with, support for or feedback with.
For those that need extra accountability, input and strategy, the VIP option is there for you, too for more one-to-one help.
But, cutting the fluff, what will we ACTUALLY be doing?
Module 1 - G is for GAINS
We look at positive ways to frame what you offer, what benefits (rather than features) your prospective clients can gain so you easily show them the value of your offering. A powerful messaging shift and one that will light you up, and convert the right leads into happy clients.
Module 2 - R is for REACH
We dive into the mind of your ideal clients, we look at their 'pain' and 'gain' points, their hopes, dreams and fears. We look at where they are now so you can reach them perfectly with your messages and find them where they hang out and what will resonate with them.
Module 3 - O is for OFFER
Crafting your messages to convert. Using some example formulae to get you presenting your offer like a pro, without the sleaze. Lacing them in with the REACH and GAIN work we look at how to ‘pitch’ or present your messages, without feeling like you're 'pitching' in the slightest. Learning how to match their needs with your offer in the most natural way. Not only that, we will use a checklist to know WHEN to present the offer so you know you, and they, are ready.
Module 4 - W is for WOOing
Not everyone buys immediately. Some sales can take a while. We learn how to keep them warm, nurture them and how to formulate a no-brainer follow up process map to ensure you leave no lead unturned, but yet stays comfortable for clients, and manageable amongst your other tasks. You leave this session with a clear process map to maximise conversions yet create raving fans, even from those that haven't bought!
Module 5 - T is for TIME
How can we fit 'selling' into our busy days? What tools can we use? How can we make it easy? How can we stay motivated? We answer all of these so you come away feeling like you have a plan that is easy to implement; goals you can actually reach (and that matter to you) and more in control of your sales function.
Module 6: H is for HABITS
We go over healthy, effective sales habits you can establish to grow your business. Setting you up for life. How much time do you need to spend? And what do you do in that time to best use it? We will go over a set of habits according to different amount of time - so if you only have half an hour per day, what do you do? If you have an hour, then what? If you have more - woohooo - then what? Let's get you clear.

AS WELL AS THE LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS there will be a bi-weekly implementation and accountability session.
These are for you to come along and work in the group with me to go over anything you're stuck on, or commit to doing the tasks; or role play some aspect or get feedback.
Most programs do NOT offer these. But I have found that sometimes some extra support, reassurance and practice can go a long way so I have added these sessions in for YOU.

I knew we had to improve our approach to sales and marketing. The problem was I had no idea where to start.
