Take this Quick 2 Minute Quiz!
This isn’t about being more persuasive or “salesy”. It’s about whether you’re actually guiding people to a decision, or leaving it open and hoping they’ll come back.
Take 2 minutes and answer these questions.
Be honest. No one else is seeing your answers.
You’ll know pretty quickly if this is where your numbers are leaking.
Are you:
-
Avoiding the ask because it feels a bit uncomfortable?
-
Ending conversations without a clear next step?
-
Filling your time with everything except moving things forward?
Because when someone does enrol, you feel it. That clarity. That momentum. That sense you’ve genuinely helped them get to the right place.
That’s what this is about.
Not pushing. Not scripts. Not pressure.
Just simple, natural ways to guide the conversation forward so the right families actually make a decision.
Inside, I’ll show you:
-
Sleaze-free ways to move from interest to action
-
Exactly what to say, with real examples you can use immediately
-
Different approaches so you can choose what feels right for you and your audience
Close the enrolment.
And open the relationship properly.

Meet Nicola.
The founder of No Fluff, the sales mentoring and training company that specialises in small business sales growth.
No Fluff by name, no fluff by nature, Nicola's sales support gives solid, useful and actually useable ways to increase your sales. Simple. Not sleazy.
She has the credentials too - fair enough if you want to know she's not just another 'guru'.
She has been in sales and leadership for 28 years.
She is a Founding Fellow (that's the top tier, dontchaknow!) of the Institute of Sales Professionals. That means her ethics, her selling integrity and her knowledge have been checked and awarded a Fellowship.
She has been nominated (and won) many times 'Mentor of the Year' in various awards. She gets a bit embarrassed by this - the aim is for her clients to shine, not her, but is grateful.
She speaks about her geeky passion of simple selling at many events, mostly with an international audience where simplicity and clarity are key.
She loves working with small businesses - particularly in the international education sector, and empathises with the juggle and multitasking, the demands and pressures. Her superpower is working holistically in each company, within the time available to focus on the sales activities that work. Her clients say that she makes the complicated seem simple.
On a personal note, she lives by the sea in Kent (after a long stint in South London) in an old (and cold!) house. She has a son at university and daughter that she's homeschooled since before covid, and a cockerpoo called Bilbo. Loves coffee, cake and beach walks.
