You may have seen her speaking at events such as the IALC, IH, MEI workshops; at the ST Alphe workshops; on stage at the ST Star Awards or at her own No Fluff Fest. She has delivered sales training to agency associations such as BELTA and Aseproce, and school associations such as EnglishUK, NEAS, Quality English, IALC, CAPSi, AEGIS, AMCIS and more.

She published a best-selling book, 'Spend Less: Sell More' last year. She is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals. She has the diploma of FAIR Ethical Selling.
